We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our busy logistics center in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all stages of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing orders with care, labeling packages correctly, and staging them for pickup. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is vital for operational efficiency and safety. You must strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order details against products being fulfilled.
- Prepare shipments by labeling and addressing packages correctly.
- Organize and stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist other associates as required.
- Support overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to efficient logistics operations.
