We are seeking an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. - Accurately picking items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Processing shipments and preparing documentation.
- Loading and unloading packages from conveyor belts and transport vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participating in inventory checks and stock counts as needed.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively in a team, and good communication skills. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus. This role involves regular physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Our logistics operations depend on the dedication and efficiency of our Fulfillment Associates. Safety is a priority, and all employees are trained on and expected to follow all safety regulations.
