We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in San Jose, California. This is a hands-on role that is vital to the successful operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking orders, packing items for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You should be physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. - Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Moving inventory using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organizing stock and maintaining inventory levels.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess good communication skills. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus. This role requires the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting items up to 50 pounds and standing for the majority of the shift.
