We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers to support our operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our distribution network, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from arrival to departure. You will be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, including the loading and unloading of trucks, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and maintaining the overall tidiness and safety of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals eager to learn the intricacies of modern logistics. Your dedication to accuracy and safety will be paramount in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace Safety and using designated PPE .
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
