We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about warehouse operations and eager to contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your primary duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring all operations adhere to strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick and pack orders according to order sheets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
