This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a wide range of tasks designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory, as well as picking and packing orders for shipment. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in tasks involving regular Lifting and standing for extended periods. We are deeply committed to workplace Safety and provide comprehensive training along with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, and possesses a strong work ethic. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize provided PPE correctly.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
