Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is critical for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality are essential. You will work closely with our logistics and shipping departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be beneficial. Adherence to strict **PPE** and **safety** guidelines is mandatory, and the role involves significant **Lifting**.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and final inspection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
  • Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks for moving goods within the facility.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with safety regulations and the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and potential issues.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment and logistics process.
  • Perform physical tasks including frequent **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or order discrepancies.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and understand order tickets accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and **PPE**.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing **Lifting** tasks.
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
