We are seeking energetic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail are key to success in this position. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and in excellent condition, contributing directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction. A good understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics fulfillment. Strict adherence to **PPE** and **safety** regulations is required. The role involves regular **Lifting**.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order lists or scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including affixing labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed for moving items.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Support the logistics department by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform regular **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms or use scanning equipment accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and **PPE**.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing **Lifting** tasks.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.
