We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure that all products are handled with care and that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety . You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. Training will be provided, but prior warehouse experience is a plus. Proper use of **PPE** and adherence to all **safety** guidelines are paramount. The role involves regular **Lifting**.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict compliance with safety standards and the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily operational goals.
- Perform physical tasks, including regular **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory or equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and **Lifting**.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and **PPE**.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual.
