Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Store inventory in appropriate locations using proper material handling techniques.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including staging and labeling.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided where necessary).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing all required PPE.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
