Recruitment Consultant | Anaplan and Pigment Specialist | UK & USA Henderson Drake has partnered with an established consultancy that is expanding its Anaplan capability to support growing demand from global enterprise clients. As part of this growth, they are looking to bring in an Anaplan Solution Architect to help shape how large finance programmes are designed and delivered.
This role suits someone who enjoys being involved early, helping clients define what “good” looks like before guiding teams through build and deployment. You’ll spend time with finance leaders to understand how their planning and forecasting processes need to evolve, then translate that into practical, scalable Anaplan solutions. You’ll remain close to the platform, while also setting the direction for solution quality and delivery approach.
Role
Working with clients to understand current-state finance processes and future objectives
Designing end-to-end Anaplan solutions that support complex planning requirements
Acting as a design authority across projects, ensuring consistency and best practice
Reviewing and challenging model builds to maintain high standards
Advising on governance, performance, and integrations as solutions scale
Supporting delivery teams with planning, estimation, and prioritisation
Helping build out internal ways of working, templates, and technical standards
Providing guidance and mentorship to consultants earlier in their careers
Qualifications
Solid experience delivering Anaplan solutions in a client‑facing environment
Strong exposure to finance planning use cases such as FP&A, CapEx, or cost management
The ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders and turn ambiguity into clear direction
Confidence juggling multiple engagements in a consulting setting
Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 certification or above; Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is advantageous
A background in finance, analytics, or systems delivery is useful but not essential
