The role is with a global design and engineering company involved in projects such as robotic cars used for tunnelling and digital twins to mimic real-life scenarios. Sustainability is a core principle, and the company emphasises staff care and ethical practices.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the architecture strategy to align with organisational and market objectives.
Design, document, and maintain architecture frameworks across business domains.
Oversee technology governance to ensure compliance with best practices and architectural standards.
Lead technology road mapping across build environments, supporting design solutions for multiple projects.
Provide high-level project oversight to ensure solutions remain aligned with enterprise design principles.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, leading high-scale design teams.
Experience leading large-scale technology change and optimisation programmes.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, future-proof solutions.
