Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and collaborative, with a strong desire to contribute to both patient outcomes and practice growth.
*Compensation & Benefits*
* 30% of net production

*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including new patient, periodic, and problem-focused exams
* Diagnose oral health conditions and present clear, patient-centered treatment plans
* Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care
* Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term dental health
* Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
* Contribute positively to a supportive “work family” culture
* Uphold and model the practice’s mission, values, and standards of care
*Qualifications*
* Active Missouri Dental License (required)
* DEA Registration (required)
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
* Proficiency in routine and surgical extractions
* Experience with implant restorations and replacements (preferred, not required)
* Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
