Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, maintaining organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all guidelines.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE correctly and consistently.
- Participate in all aspects of Logistics operations as needed.
- Be prepared for significant manual Lifting, often exceeding 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including heavy Lifting.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of Safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics principles is a plus.
