Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and uphold our commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory into designated storage locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Support seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
