Are you a meticulous and organized individual with a knack for detail? Our Washington, D.C. facility is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our stock. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of managing warehouse inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure that our Logistics operations run with maximum efficiency and minimal errors. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock rotation, implementing inventory control procedures, and utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track product movement. You will also work closely with the receiving and shipping departments to reconcile inventory counts and resolve any issues that arise. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices is essential. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our stock levels, reducing waste, and improving overall warehouse productivity. We are committed to a high standard of Safety , requiring adherence to all warehouse policies and the proper use of PPE . While direct Lifting may not be a primary duty, you will be expected to assist in stock movement as needed.
