Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately interpret customer orders.
- Use scanning devices and pick lists to locate and retrieve items from warehouse locations.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic logistics setting.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
