Join our fast-paced warehouse as a Picker/Packer in Raleigh, North Carolina! This is a critical role responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. You will be tasked with picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, ensuring the correct product and quantity are selected. Once picked, you will prepare items for shipment by packaging them securely and safely, applying appropriate labels and documentation. This position demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a strong commitment to quality. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. You must be comfortable with lifting items up to 50 pounds regularly. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and possess a positive attitude. Experience with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and safely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Meet established picking and packing performance standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
