Join our vibrant team as an Order Picker in Portland, Oregon. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, demanding speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly identified and prepared for packing and shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and understands the importance of timely order fulfillment within the logistics chain. Responsibilities include: Accurately locating and retrieving items for customer orders, Verifying product codes and quantities, Maintaining a clean and safe picking area, Operating scanning equipment and order management systems, Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts, And contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. Safety is a paramount concern, and all employees are required to adhere to established safety procedures. This includes the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and vests. The position involves considerable walking and frequent Lifting of boxes and items. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
