Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipping, verifying labels and quantities.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment as required, following all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and proper PPE usage is essential.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
