Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in New York City, New York! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), and committed to upholding stringent Safety standards. Experience with warehouse equipment and a basic understanding of logistics principles are advantageous. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers efficiently and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of required PPE .
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
