Become a vital part of our operations as a Picker/Packer in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is fundamental to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order lists and then carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is critical to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is a priority, and you must strictly follow all safety procedures. This role involves continuous movement and requires the ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and considerable lifting of items up to 35 lbs. We supply all necessary PPE , and its use is mandatory. Your work directly impacts our logistics performance and the overall customer experience. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, and we are eager to welcome individuals who are ready to contribute to a productive team environment.
