Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate for our Baltimore, Maryland location. This role is key to our logistics and supply chain management, requiring individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment is a top priority. Your efforts will ensure the smooth flow of goods through our distribution network. Responsibilities include:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders efficiently using order sheets or scanning equipment.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
  • Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
This position involves significant physical demands, including frequent lifting of items up to 55 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
