Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors regarding workflow and tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
