Responsibilities

Processing orders related to payment transactions, fiduciary investments, accounts payable invoices, and other stock exchange transactions

Administration of credit cards

Responsibility for physical mail handling

Flexible support of other administrative tasks

Participation in projects aimed at improving front-office processes

Acting as a substitute during vacation absences

Your Profile

Completed banking apprenticeship or similar education

3–4 years of relevant professional experience in an international Wealth Management environment

Sound knowledge of key banking processes

Strong affinity for technology; specific experience with Finnova is required

Flexible, independent, precise, and efficient working style

Team player with a positive personality and high integrity

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
