A strong Figma practitioner with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
Experience designing for both web and app (mobile‑first mindset essential).
Confident facilitator with ideation and workshop experience.
A natural storyteller – able to craft and communicate a compelling design vision.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across business areas.
Comfortable working in a high‑paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
A team player who thrives on feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement.
