QA Engineer
to strengthen test coverage, drive quality standards, and ensure reliable software delivery across both frontend and backend systems.

Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of trading platforms or financial systems is beneficial but not essential.
Experience with performance testing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated UI, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as
Playwright
and
Selenium .
Perform manual testing when required to ensure full feature coverage.
Oversee quality across frontend and backend components.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation.
Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
Work closely with development and tech-ops teams to resolve defects.
Produce reports on test coverage, optimisation strategies, and system improvements.
Contribute to QA process improvements and mentor junior engineers in best practice.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in software testing.
Experience with
API automation ,
UI automation , and server-side stress testing.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using automated testing tools such as
Playwright ,
Cypress , or
Selenium .
In-depth understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
Comfortable working in an Agile environment with strong cross-team communication.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to Hibernate, MySQL, BigQuery, or NoSQL environments.
Familiarity with automation and performance tools (K6, Infinispan, Ansible).
Coding or scripting experience and a passion for continuous learning.
