Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. Duties
- Develop comprehensive staffing plans by collaborating with hiring managers to understand department needs and role specifications.
- Source candidates proactively using multiple channels including social media platforms, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Lever or iCIMS, and HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Conduct thorough interviews utilizing behavioral and technical assessment techniques to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach, cold calling potential candidates, to offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate talent acquisition efforts and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations during all hiring activities.
- Utilize HR tools such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, and Taleo to streamline recruitment workflows and employee data management.
- Lead onboarding sessions including employee orientation, contract signing, and initial training & development programs.
- Support employee relations initiatives by conducting employee evaluations and assisting in performance management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing with a focus on talent management.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; HRIS systems such as Workday or UltiPro; and payroll systems like ADP or Paychex.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across diverse regions.
- Ability to research market trends for lead generation and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management—building trust with candidates and internal teams alike.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
