About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to join our team in Skokie, IL. This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving technical issues, and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internal support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Configure and maintain company devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, email, and access permissions across company systems.
