Associate General Dentist

Location: Busy Private Dental Practice, San Bruno, CA

What We're Looking For
- Experienced general dentist (minimum 4 years) with a strong clinical skill set
- Proficient in all phases of dentistry: restorative, crowns and bridges, surgical extractions
- Friendly, team-oriented, and excellent communicator with patients
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work well under pressure
- Independent practice capability with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Flexible, easy-going personality with a genuine interest in helping patients and supporting the team
- Chinese-speaking preferred but not required
- Active California Dental License

Schedule
- Full-time: 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays)
- Immediate start

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dental care
- Perform crowns, bridges, routine and complex restorative work, and surgical extractions
- Develop and communicate treatment plans; educate patients about preventative care
- Maintain accurate patient records using EagleSoft; adhere to all practice standards and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, assistants, and front desk to ensure smooth patient flow
- Contribute to a positive, efficient practice culture and patient experience
