Customer Service Manager day would consist of:

*Build & Maintain Relationships with New & Existing Customers
*Respond to Inbound Inquires about Our Services
* Oversee operations and systems
* Manage employees
* Provide Exceptional Customer Service to Existing & Potential Clients
* On the Phone with Clients all Day
* Schedule Jobs
* Recruit and Interview prospective employees
* Administrative duties
