POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Experience Sales Coordinator manages sales, retention, and client communication for both brands.
You will:
- Convert warm inbound leads
- Make outbound sales calls
- Save cancellations
- Manage daily communication (calls/texts/emails)
- Reactivate past clients
- Deliver a consistent 5-star client experience
This role is based in person at our Guthrie, OK office and requires strong communication skills, high organization, and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS & LOCATION
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekends during peak season (February through April)
Work Location (In-Person): Guthrie, Oklahoma
PAY STRUCTURE
Base Pay:
- $20,000–$35,000 annually starting base (depending on experience)
Uncapped Performance-Based Commission earned from:
- New client sales
- Upsells
- Reactivations
- Retention saves
- Cross-brand conversions
Typical Total Compensation Range:
- $55,000 – $75,000+ yearly with commissions
Additional Incentives:
- Referral bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Outbound Sales & Upselling
- Call all new leads quickly
- Convert estimates into paying clients
- Upsell pest control, insect control, soil conditioner, cleaning packages, and more
- Cross-sell lawn → cleaning clients and cleaning → lawn clients
2. Client Retention & Relationship Management
- Save cancellations with empathy + problem-solving
- Resolve service concerns
- Follow up after treatments/cleanings when needed
- Build long-term customer loyalty
3. Customer Service & Communication
- Answer and manage inbound calls, texts, and emails
- Respond to Facebook messages & marketing inquiries
- Maintain the friendly, quick-response standard both brands are known for
4. Reactivation & New Business Development
- Re-engage past clients for both brands
- Support seasonal offers and marketing campaigns
- Promote the referral program
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Required Experience
- Sales experience (preferably in a service business)
- Strong customer service background
- Confident handling inbound/outbound calls
- CRM experience (Service Autopilot is a plus)
- Ability to multitask without losing accuracy
