About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our community. This position is the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, and plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Monitor for safety issues and follow all community safety procedures.
- Keep lobby and waiting areas neat, clean, and presentable.
- Sort and distribute daily mail and packages.
- Submit and track maintenance, housekeeping, and IT work orders.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collect payments or deposits and route documentation appropriately.
- Document and forward resident concerns or complaints.
- Support activity and dining departments by communicating monthly activity and meal calendars.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown for community events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical requirements of the role.

- Clear DOJ/FBI background check
- Negative TB test
- Negative drug screening
- Health screening clearance
