We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS and cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure safety standards are maintained
