Location: Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 6 12 months (with potential extension)

We are seeking an experienced Functional Finance Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting finance transformation, automation, and systems optimization. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting knowledge, strong program management capabilities, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance operations within complex, enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs within a large, complex organization, ensuring alignment across finance, engineering, and operational teams.
• Partner closely with engineering and finance stakeholders to validate logic, define requirements, develop test scripts, and support end-to-end UAT cycles.
• Drive initiatives related to S2R (Source-to-Report) transformation or Global Business Services (GBS) activities.
• Design, validate, test, and deploy automation solutions including AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within finance operations.
• Document, map, and validate accounting and operational processes, with a focus on optimizing manual versus automated accrual workflows.
• Support Controllership, Accounting Operations, and FP&A teams in process enhancement and system governance.
• Collaborate on enhancements and integrations across finance systems, including ERP platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager within a large, complex organization leading cross-functional initiatives.
• S2R / R2R transformation programs
• Global Business Services (GBS) operations
• Intelligent automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
• Large-scale ERP transformation or integration projects
• Strong background in accounting processes (accruals, GL, AP/AR, S2R) with experience working in Controllership, Accounting Operations, or FP&A.
• Hands-on functional ERP experience with systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Experience designing and executing UAT for finance systems, including test script creation and defect management.
• Ability to analyze, map, and document finance workflows and translate them into system or automation requirements.
• Experience working with AI-driven or automation-enabled finance processes is highly preferred.
• Prior PM or functional Business Analyst experience in finance systems or transformation programs.
