This position for Hardware Sales Team Member would be ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented, people person. The primary responsibilities of the Hardware Sales Team Member is to provide excellent customer service and generate sales through knowledge-based assistance. Merchandise products, and support team goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Puts "Customer First, Task Second", create an enviornement where we are excellent at solving customer problems with products that we sell

Serve as a customer resource person in; paint, plumbing, electrical, lawn, and garden

Maintain a well-kept sales floor, clean, and organized, with a proper assortment of products to serve customer needs

Drive team toward store sales and culture goals

Success in the roles looks like;

Above average scores on customer surveys

Meets and exceeds Sales Goals

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general Hardware applications(i.e. plumbing, electrical, paint, lawn & garden, ect.)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on collaboration with sales teams
• Proficient in retail sales and cash handling, including experience with cash registers
• Effective communication skills and the ability to conduct product demonstrations
• Experience with POS systems and merchandising techniques
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25, $37,000.00 per year

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
