Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols
- Handle cash management duties including POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, staffing levels, and performance evaluations
- Conduct interviews for new team members, participate in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes
- Monitor customer feedback to resolve issues promptly and improve overall satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting, cost control initiatives, and maintaining operational efficiency in a hospitality environment
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service management within quick service or casual dining settings
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, culinary techniques, and hospitality standards
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operations in a food industry setting
- Familiarity with catering, banquet services, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously
