Experienced Line Cook

We're seeking a skilled and reliable line cook with a passion for quality food and efficient kitchen operations. Must have proven experience, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to consistency. If you bring speed, precision, and a positive attitude, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to…

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items and specials with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, following established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with taking phone and walk in orders if needed.

Requirements…

• Must have a miniumum of 2 years experiance
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Ensure inventory and waste control
• Capacity to stand and work on your feet for extended periods time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to work late hours including weekends and some holidays
• Cash handling experience and knowledge of POS system a plus
• Valid and current ServSafe certificate a plus

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
