Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and basic cocktail recipes is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of basic math skills for cash handling and tab management.
• Experience in the food service or retail industry is beneficial, particularly in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
