Location: Bowl of Heaven, Eagle (435 S Eagle Rd Suite 110)

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $52,000–$62,000 annually DOE + performance incentives

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and service-driven General Manager who can uphold our operational standards and lead our teams with integrity and consistency.

ROLE SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at both locations (Eagle and Meridian Village), ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, and fostering a high-performance team culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and an ability to balance hands-on operational work with management responsibilities.

This is an in-person leadership role requiring reliable daily presence on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Leadership

  • Oversee all store operations, including food quality, service execution, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • Ensure adherence to all recipes, portion standards, and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Build a positive, collaborative culture aligned with company values
  • Lead by example with professionalism, emotional maturity, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Scheduling & Labor Management

  • Build weekly schedules on-site based on sales trends, peak times, and staff strengths
  • Maintain appropriate labor levels and productivity standards
  • Ensure adequate coverage during high-traffic periods and weekends

Financial & Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor key performance indicators (labor %, sales, customer count, COGS)
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and ordering processes
  • Reduce waste and maintain cost control practices

Guest Experience Leadership

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
  • Promote operational and service consistency across both locations

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of management experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants (health-focused brands preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational success.
  • Experience with POS systems and financial reporting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a servant leadership approach.
  • Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-traffic periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a kitchen environment

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

  • Average 35 hours per week
  • 18–25 hours on-shift (hands-on in operations)
  • 5-10 hours leadership/admin on-site
  • 1 weekend day required
  • Weekly leadership meeting with the owner/area manager
  • All administrative work and scheduling must be done in person at the store
