Senior Network Engineer

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing, deeply technical company where you will be trusted to make quick decisions and drive meaningful outcomes. You will sit at the core of the business, with real responsibility for systems that matter day-to-day and at scale.

The environment is hands-on and change-driven rather than process-heavy. You will be expected to take initiative, solve ambiguous problems, and continuously improve how things are done.

What you'll be doing

• Building and running IT and network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud

• Owning identity, access control, and security foundations

• Supporting and troubleshooting critical systems and network connectivity

• Working closely with engineering and operations on reliability and scale

Skills and experience

• Experience managing complex IT and networked environments

• Strong networking fundamentals including routing, VPNs, and secure connectivity

• Windows and Linux system administration

• Scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally AWS

• Solid understanding of IT and network security best practices
