Data Processing & ETL Support

  • Develop and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to support DPRP session data ingestion from a wide range of sources.
  • Ensure ETL pipelines are adaptable for use by both high-tech and low-tech organizations submitting validated program data.
  • Collaborate with program teams to document and implement data storage procedures, ensuring alignment with DPRP business rules and validation checks.

Data Extraction & Reporting

  • Work closely with the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) team to build data extraction mechanisms for both standardized and ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide technical support in responding to internal and external data requests with timely, accurate reporting solutions.

Cross-Team Coordination & IT Strategy

  • Consult with DPRP leadership and stakeholders to design IT solutions that address database logic, schema enhancements, and data structure improvements.
  • Develop communication and coordination products to support transparency across functional teams and ensure program alignment.
  • Provide technical insight on DPRP IT architecture during internal planning and stakeholder meetings.

Thought Leadership & Representation

  • Present technical approaches, system designs, and evaluation findings at national, regional, or local conferences focused on public health informatics or chronic disease prevention.

Minimum Qualifications
