We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team 3-5 days a week to provide quality care to our patients. This candidate would need to have experience in IV Therapy & IM Injections. The candidate would need to have knowledge & experience in Hormone Therapy and Medical Weightloss as well. The position also includes performing physical exams, ordering lab tests, weightloss consultation, hormone pelleting (if no experience, will be trained), and providing patient education. The successful candidate will be a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Patient care is our number one priority.

General Responsibilities

• Review laboratory results and address critical values
• Provide consultation and treatment for: Weightoss, Peptide Treatment, Hormone Pellet Therapy.
• Administer, Read & Communicate Blood Work to Patients
• Refer patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when and if needed
• Maintain a positive "bedside" manner and build rapport with patients
• Enter and maintain appropriate records using our EMR system
• Always maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Administer IV Therapy
• Vitamin Injections
• Weightloss and Peptide Consultations
• Medical Aesthetics Experience Preferred

Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patients, to include:

• Review of laboratory results
• Administer Hormone Pellets
• Medication adjustments
• General patient education about nutrition, lifestyle, and stress
• Consult patients to answer questions about their medication or care plans
• Assist with HRT diagnosis and care plans
• Assist with peptide therapies

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with medical board
• Comfort communicating with patients using various channels including phone and video calls
• Active Nurse Practitioner license (NP-C or equivalent) in Texas
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in hormone replacement therapy (men's health/testosterone, women's health/BHRT strongly preferred)
• Proven track record in medical weight loss (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide experience required)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for longevity, functional medicine, and aesthetics
• Outstanding bedside manner and sales-minded consultative approach
• Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
• Aesthetic Injectable Experience (Preferred)

Job knowledge/experience:

● Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting as a Nurse Practitioner required.

● Experience in HRT and/or BHRT

* IV placement skills and comfort starting IVs independently

● Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment.

● Organizational skills are necessary.

● Good written and verbal communication skills required.

● Requires working with frequent interruptions.

● Must project a professional image.

Competitive Pay + Commissions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $85, $125,000.00 per year
