About the Role

The Store Manager is the heart of the restaurant. In this role, you'll lead daily operations, develop and motivate your team, and ensure your store consistently delivers the quality, speed, teamwork, and energy Cupbop is known for.

You're responsible for running a tight, professional operation — where systems are followed, communication flows, and every shift delivers "WOW" for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Crew Members and Shift Leads
• Ensure all Cupbop processes, systems, and protocols are followed consistently
• Manage store operations: quality, speed, cleanliness, food prep, and safety
• Maintain labor budgets, inventory levels, ordering, and waste control
• Create weekly schedules based on business needs and staff strengths
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Uphold high standards for food quality, portioning, and customer service
• Support hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members
• Drive a positive, energetic, and productive team culture
• Communicate regularly with district leadership and report key metrics
• Complete opening and closing procedures with accuracy and accountability
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

Work Schedule & Availability

• Must have open availability, including weekends and evenings
• Stores operate Monday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
• Full-time, consistent weekly schedule

• Confident leading, training, and motivating teams
• Excellent at following and enforcing systems and processes
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Comfortable handling fast-paced, high-volume operations

Even better if you have:

• 1–3 years of restaurant management or shift lead experience
• Experience in fast-casual or quick-service environments
• Skills in scheduling, ordering, inventory, or cash handling
• Passion for growth and developing others
• A love for high-energy workplaces and bold flavors
