We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth across warehouse automation and robotics projects in North America.
Work Location: Fully Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site (based on candidate preference)
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in warehouse automation, robotics, and logistics systems
- Engage decision-makers at distribution centers, manufacturers, and 3PLs
- Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and solution teams to advance opportunities
- Understand customer challenges related to labor shortages, throughput, space, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, sales development, or business development
- Background or strong interest in warehouse automation, robotics, logistics, or industrial technology
- Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
- Familiarity with WMS, WCS, AS/RS, AMRs, conveyors, palletizing, or material handling systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a flexible work environment
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $30,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentive: 0.07% of total project revenue for deals successfully managed and closed
