We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at a catering and restaurant establishment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure quality control of all baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a catering or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
