Overview

The Corporate Controller oversees the financial operations of a multi-entity manufacturing group, providing strategic leadership and direction for the Accounting and Purchasing group.

The Corporate Controller ensures strong financial controls, accurate consolidated reporting, and compliance across all business units. Serving as a key business partner to executive leadership, this role aligns financial operations with organizational objectives, delivers insightful analysis to support decision-making, and promotes efficient utilization of resources.

In addition, the Corporate Controller leads the organization's technology strategy and drives continuous process improvement to enhance system integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across all entities.

Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Manage all accounting and financial operations across multiple manufacturing entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit requirements, and internal control standards.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
