Senior QA Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Test Lead with deep functional and technical expertise in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading and supporting the migration of SAP Callidus Oracle to SAP HANA on GCP. This role requires ensuring seamless integration and data flow across various upstream and downstream systems, including Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Commissions (ELC), Compensation Management, and Policy Administration platforms such as ALIP and Navisys.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead functional and integration testing across interconnected systems and complex data flows.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA solutions for core insurance business processes.
• Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards to validate data accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data across integrated systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the existing and future landscape related to:

• Agent onboarding and lifecycle management
• Licensing & Commissions (ELC) and Compensation/Incentive structures
• Policy details, including premiums, refunds, riders, waivers, and annualization
• Manage and integrate inbound/outbound data feeds, including: DTCC, APAY XML, Payryte, and K51.
• Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP, Navisys) with downstream SAP modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping, transformation, and validation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all processes.

• Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience years) in a Test Lead or equivalent role.
• Proven experience in SAP HANA development, data modeling, and solution design.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Insurance, Life & Annuity domain processes.
• Expertise in ELC (Licensing & Commissions) and Compensation Management, preferably with SAP Callidus.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems, specifically ALIP and Navisys.
• Strong testing skills, including test case creation, execution, defect management, and leading complex integration testing efforts.
• Solid understanding of SAP GL Accounting, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Experience with managing and validating data feeds in XML, flat file, and proprietary formats.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and commissionable events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
