About the Role:
Phoenix Acquisitions is seeking full-time Customer Sales Representatives to join our face-to-face retail sales team. This position is ideal for outgoing individuals who are excited to work directly with customers, develop their sales and communication skills, and grow within a team-oriented environment.

You'll work on behalf of leading consumer brands, helping to promote products and services such as wireless plans, streaming packages, and other subscription-based offerings through in-person conversations in high-traffic retail stores and promotional events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in retail stores or event locations
  • Educate customers on product and service options
  • Answer questions and resolve basic concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and preferences
  • Support the sales process through informative, consultative selling
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain professionalism and comply with brand and company guidelines

Products & Services You'll Represent:
Consumer-focused products including wireless phone plans, home entertainment bundles, and promotional services (varies by client).

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations in busy retail environments
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation to the New Haven, CT area
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or business development
