Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing operational systems to optimize the Brightwood's efficiencies and productivity. This role bridges high-level strategy and execution, by managing clinics, systems, resources, and processes to achieve organization growth goals and prioritizing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the physical needs of each clinic to ensure fully functioning and operational as well as maintaining a level of cleanliness, sophistication, and elevation for our guests.
  • Develop integrated systems and strategies in partnership with the Founders to ensure operational efficiencies are met and best in class operational standards for the organization.
  • Manage EMR and CRM system updates and any operational tasks associated with customer related needs.
  • Create, manage and maintain the schedule, ensuring proper coverage, strategic growth planning, and team trainings are incorporated.
  • Track all inventory to include proper ordering and management while maintaining relationships with our partners.
  • Manage daily operations, to include overseeing all devices are maintained and operational.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team campaign planning to align operational initiatives in clinic.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founders and team on growth initiatives and clinic experience projects.
  • Track and analyze ROI, analytics, and key performance metrics across operational initiatives.
  • Ensure all targets and goals are monitored, measured, and achieved.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, ideally in beauty, hospitality, or fashion.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong systems and processes skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a refined editorial sensibility.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for high growth.

Pay: $80, $120,000.00 per year
